Shipping, Pickup & Delivery

Wild Grit Garden Co.'s fresh flowers are available for shipping, local delivery, or pickup directly from the farm.

Because these are fresh, farm-grown flowers, fulfillment happens on specific days each week rather than every day. Tuesdays and Fridays are my regular shipping, delivery, and pickup days. During the primary growing season, May through October, I ask for at least 48 hour notice when placing an order. For any rush orders, please contact me at (360) 840-8792

Fulfillment dates are shown on the calendar at checkout. Dates that are already full or unavailable will be blacked out.

Washington State Overnight Shipping

I ship fresh bouquets overnight anywhere in Washington State. Bouquets are carefully prepared on the morning of the scheduled shipping day and sent for overnight delivery so they arrive as fresh as possible.

Shipping days are Tuesdays and Fridays, with the available date shown at checkout. Your order will ship out the date chosen, and will arrive the following day. At this time, I only ship fresh bouquets within Washington State.

Bow, Washington Farm Pickup

You are also welcome to pick up your bouquet directly from the farm in Bow, Washington.

Farm pickup is available Tuesdays and Fridays. Once your bouquet is ready, you'll receive an email letting you know it's available for pickup. Your bouquet will be placed in a secure box near the mailbox. This allows you to pick up your flowers without needing to coordinate a meeting at the farm. Your "Ready For Pickup" email will contain pickup instructions and your passcode. Please take your bouquet home and place it in water as soon as possible after pickup.

Local Delivery

I offer flower delivery throughout most of Skagit County and to portions of Whatcom County.

Delivery is available on Tuesdays and Fridays, generally between 8 AM and 5 PM. Available delivery dates are shown at checkout, and your delivery address will determine whether your location is within my delivery area, as well as the delivery fee.

You do not necessarily need to be home when your flowers arrive. If you have a safe, sheltered location where you'd like your bouquet left, you can include those instructions with your order.

Because flowers are perishable, please choose a location where they will be protected from extreme weather and can be brought inside promptly. Heat, rain, wind, and cold can all damage flowers.

A Note About Fresh Flowers

These bouquets are grown and arranged in small quantities on the farm. I harvest flowers as close to fulfillment as possible, so your bouquet may be quite different from one ordered a few weeks earlier. In cases of crop issues, flower shortages, or just for fun, I may include other locally grown blooms sourced only from the pacific northwest.

Flower availability changes constantly throughout the growing season. That's part of what makes locally grown flowers special — your bouquet reflects what is blooming right now. If you are after a specific color palette or flower type, please contact me and we can create a custom arrangement.

Ordering & Availability

During the primary growing season, May through October, please allow at least 24 hours between placing your order and your fulfillment date.

Tuesdays and Fridays are my regular fulfillment days for shipping, delivery, and pickup.

If a particular date is unavailable, it will be blacked out on the checkout calendar.

Occasionally, a fulfillment date may need to be changed because of circumstances beyond my control, such as severe weather or other conditions that could compromise the flowers. If that happens, I will contact you as soon as possible to arrange another fulfillment date or discuss your options.

Cancellations & Changes

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled fulfillment date.

Because flowers are harvested and arranged specifically for each order, cancellations made less than 48 hours before fulfillment are generally not eligible for a refund.

If an unexpected circumstance arises, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee a refund for late cancellations, we will always do our best to find a reasonable solution.

If you need to change a delivery address, or another order detail, please contact me before your scheduled fulfillment day as soon as possible.

Weather & Delivery Delays

Flowers are grown outdoors, and occasionally Mother Nature has other plans.

In the event of severe weather, unsafe road conditions, or a shipping disruption that could put your flowers at significant risk, I may need to delay a shipment, delivery, or pickup. If this happens, I will contact you directly and work with you to find the best alternative.

For shipped bouquets, once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timing is ultimately outside my control. I will always package your flowers as carefully as possible and help troubleshoot any shipping problem that arises.
